Finally went and got help. Im taking sever pills to help with depression and anxiety. It helps as i no longer drink, and havent hurt myself, i actually function as a person, but i feel less and less like a usefull person...i know there is a process, and it takes time, but im feeling the urge to stop. Its hard and stressfull and it leaves me completly tired trying to follow indications and not let go.
